Hi Ricardo,

It's not a new regulator rather it's a forex lobby - the aim of which is to talk to forex regulators and promote forex interests. Basically this group is here to preserve forex interests, not to regulate or limit them.

Generally speaking, nobody can prevent you from trading forex. If your government will ban forex you can always trade with a broker based outside of your country.

Best,
Michael

Hi Mr. Greenberg.

I am afraid of what is going to happen with this new regulator body in action. It seems to me that this new regulator is going to affect all the forex industry and mainly the big FX players. So, I'd like to ask you: What about the retail investor ? Are we (the individuals)going to be prevented from invest in the forex markets or anything like that ? Please, correct me and forgive me if I'm wrong...I want to clarify this question...

Best Regards,
Ricardo.
