Earlier this year I wrote about David Smith’s massive forex ponzi scam. In March 2011 David Smith accused of bilking thousands of investors out of more than $220 million, pleaded guilty to nearly two-dozen charges in Orlando federal court. David Smith was a principal at then active NFA FCM I-Trade which was owned by the Martinez family.
